Most of the delay in this trade is not the work, it is the gap between the quote and the order. We price from the inspection photographs and put material on order as soon as the job is agreed.

Can you really do it this week?
Sometimes. The board above is honest — if it says both crews are booked, they are booked. Tell us the deadline and you will get a straight answer on the call rather than a maybe.
Is there a rush charge?
No. Moving quickly is about ordering material early and having two crews, not about charging more.
What if the weather stops you halfway?
The roof gets dried in before the crew leaves, every day, regardless of where we are in the job. Rain does not get into a house we have opened.
Do I pay for the inspection?
No, and you keep the photographs whether or not you use us. Some people take them to another bidder, which is fine.
We are closing on the house. Can you work to that date?
That is a lot of our work. Tell us the closing date and we will schedule backwards from it.
